They are floppy disks for booting and scanning your computer from a virus free environment. You can create them in the following way:

1. Go to the Home menu.
   
2. Select the option More info....
   
3. Click on the option Create Rescue Disks.
   
4. Click on the button Next.
   
5. You will be asked to insert the disks one after another.
   
6. A message is displayed informing that the process was completed successfully.
